Description
The bench dip on stability ball is a tricep dip variation with the feet on a stability ball. The unstable feet position challenges the core and adds difficulty to the dip. It builds the triceps and core stability.
Equipment Required
Bench Dip on Stability Ball Instructions
- Sit on the edge of a bench with hands gripping the edge.
- Place the feet on top of a stability ball.
- Slide the hips off the bench.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lower the hips down by bending the elbows.
- Stop when the elbows reach about ninety degrees.
- Press through the palms to lock the elbows.
- Continue for the working set.
