Bench Dip on Stability Ball Instructions

  1. Sit on the edge of a bench with hands gripping the edge.
  2. Place the feet on top of a stability ball.
  3. Slide the hips off the bench.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Lower the hips down by bending the elbows.
  6. Stop when the elbows reach about ninety degrees.
  7. Press through the palms to lock the elbows.
  8. Continue for the working set.
