  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead to a sturdy point.
  2. Stand or kneel below the anchor.
  3. Grip the band with both hands palms facing the body.
  4. Set the arms straight up at the start.
  5. Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
  6. Pull the band down to the upper chest by driving the elbows down.
  7. Squeeze the lats and biceps at the bottom.
  8. Return with control to arms extended overhead.
