  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead to a sturdy point.
  2. Stand or kneel below the anchor.
  3. Grip the band with both hands overhead.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  5. Pull one elbow down to the side rotating the torso toward that side.
  6. Squeeze the lat and obliques at the bottom.
  7. Return with control to the start.
  8. Pull the other arm down with the opposite twist. Alternate sides.
