- Anchor a resistance band overhead to a sturdy point.
- Stand or kneel below the anchor.
- Grip the band with both hands overhead.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Pull one elbow down to the side rotating the torso toward that side.
- Squeeze the lat and obliques at the bottom.
- Return with control to the start.
- Pull the other arm down with the opposite twist. Alternate sides.
