- Stand next to a wall or sturdy support for balance.
- Place a hand on the support.
- Lift one leg slightly off the floor.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Swing the lifted leg forward to about hip height.
- Swing the leg back behind you with control.
- Use momentum but stay in control.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
