Back Forward Leg Swings Instructions

  1. Stand next to a wall or sturdy support for balance.
  2. Place a hand on the support.
  3. Lift one leg slightly off the floor.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Swing the lifted leg forward to about hip height.
  6. Swing the leg back behind you with control.
  7. Use momentum but stay in control.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
