Description
The single leg platform slide is a hamstring and glute drill done with a slider under one foot. The lifter stands on one leg and slides the other foot back and forth. It builds posterior chain strength and balance.

Single Leg Platform Slide Instructions
- Stand on one leg with the other foot on a slider.
- Set the working leg with a slight knee bend.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Slide the slider foot back behind you.
- Hinge slightly at the hip as the foot slides back.
- Pull the slider foot back to the start by engaging the glute.
- Squeeze the glute hard at the top.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
