Single Arm Push Up on Medicine Ball Instructions

  1. Place a medicine ball on the floor.
  2. Set up in a high plank with one hand on the ball and the other on the floor.
  3. Spread the feet wide for added stability.
  4. Brace the core and keep the body in a straight line.
  5. Lower the chest toward the hands by bending the elbows.
  6. Stop when the chest is just above the hands.
  7. Press back up to the start position.
  8. Repeat for all reps then switch sides.
