- Stand facing a wall with a massage ball in one hand.
- Place the ball just below the collarbone.
- Press the body into the wall with the ball trapped between.
- Brace the core and stay tall.
- Roll the upper chest slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover the area below the collarbone.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
