  1. Sit at a table with one forearm resting on top palm up.
  2. Place a massage ball under the inner forearm.
  3. Press the forearm down into the ball.
  4. Use the other hand to add pressure.
  5. Roll the inner forearm slowly over the ball.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Cover from elbow to wrist.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
