The roll ball adductors is a self myofascial release drill for the inner thigh. Using a small massage ball pressed into the adductors releases knots and tightness that limit hip mobility.

Roll Ball Adductors Instructions

  1. Lie on the floor face down.
  2. Place a small massage ball under the inner thigh.
  3. Bend the working leg out to the side at 90 degrees.
  4. Brace the upper body on the forearms.
  5. Keep the working leg relaxed.
  6. Roll the inner thigh slowly over the ball.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Continue rolling for the working time then switch sides.
