Description
The roll ball adductors is a self myofascial release drill for the inner thigh. Using a small massage ball pressed into the adductors releases knots and tightness that limit hip mobility.

Roll Ball Adductors Instructions
- Lie on the floor face down.
- Place a small massage ball under the inner thigh.
- Bend the working leg out to the side at 90 degrees.
- Brace the upper body on the forearms.
- Keep the working leg relaxed.
- Roll the inner thigh slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Continue rolling for the working time then switch sides.
