- Anchor a resistance band at chest height in front of you.
- Stand facing the anchor.
- Grab the band with one hand at chest level.
- Step back to set tension and stand tall.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Pull the arm out to the side and slightly back.
- Squeeze the rear delt at the end range.
- Return with control and continue for all reps then switch.
