- Anchor a resistance band low to a sturdy point.
- Loop the other end across the upper back behind the neck.
- Set up on a 45 degree hyperextension bench.
- Hook the heels under the foot pads and the hips against the pad.
- Brace your core and start with the torso angled down.
- Extend the hips lifting the torso to a straight line with the body.
- Squeeze the glutes hard at the top.
- Lower the torso back down with control.
