- Sit on the floor with legs extended.
- Bend one leg and pull the foot up onto the opposite thigh.

- Set the second foot with the sole facing up near the hip.
- Sit tall through the spine.
- Rest the hands on the knees with palms up.
- Hold the pose with steady breath. Release with control.
