  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended.
  2. Bend one leg and pull the foot up onto the opposite thigh.
  3. Set the foot with the sole facing up near the hip.
  4. Bend the other leg and lift the foot up onto the opposite thigh.
  5. Set the second foot with the sole facing up near the hip.
  6. Sit tall through the spine.
  7. Rest the hands on the knees with palms up.
  8. Hold the pose with steady breath. Release with control.
