Description
The lever t-bar reverse grip row uses a t-bar row machine with a supinated underhand grip. The lifter grips the close handles with palms up and rows the bar to the belly. The reverse grip pulls the elbows tight against the body and biases the lower lats and biceps.

- Set up a t-bar row machine with a close grip handle.
- Step over the bar and grip the handles with palms facing up.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
- Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
- Set the chest against the chest pad if available.
- Pull the bar up to the belly button by driving the elbows back.
- Squeeze the lats and biceps hard at the top.
- Lower with control to arms extended.
