The jump on fit box is a box jump done onto a sturdy fit box or plyo box. The lifter jumps from the floor to the top of the box with both feet. It is a strong explosive leg power builder.

Equipment Required

Jump on Fit Box Instructions

  1. Stand in front of a sturdy fit box.
  2. Set the feet shoulder width apart.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Bend the knees and swing the arms back.
  5. Drive through the feet and swing the arms up.
  6. Jump up onto the top of the box.
  7. Land soft with knees bent on top of the box.
  8. Step down and reset for the next rep.
