Description
The jump on fit box is a box jump done onto a sturdy fit box or plyo box. The lifter jumps from the floor to the top of the box with both feet. It is a strong explosive leg power builder.

Jump on Fit Box Instructions
- Stand in front of a sturdy fit box.
- Set the feet shoulder width apart.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Bend the knees and swing the arms back.
- Drive through the feet and swing the arms up.
- Jump up onto the top of the box.
- Land soft with knees bent on top of the box.
- Step down and reset for the next rep.
