Hanging Knee Circle Raise Instructions

  1. Hang from a pull up bar with hands at shoulder width.
  2. Brace your core hard.
  3. Raise the knees up toward the chest.
  4. Begin tracing a circular motion with the knees.
  5. Move the knees up to one side then around to the bottom.
  6. Continue around to the other side and back to the top.
  7. Complete a full circle with the knees.
  8. Reverse direction for the next rep.
