  1. Lie face down on the floor with legs straight and forearms on the floor.
  2. Press up onto the forearms with elbows under shoulders.
  3. Bend one knee and bring the heel toward the same side hip.
  4. Reach back with the same side hand and grasp the foot.
  5. Press the foot gently toward the hip to deepen the stretch.
  6. Keep the chest tall and the hips square to the floor.
  7. Hold the position breathing steadily.
  8. Release the foot slowly and switch sides.
