  3. Step one foot back keeping the leg straight.
  4. Plant the back heel firmly on the floor.
  5. Bend the front knee and lean toward the wall.
  6. Feel the stretch in the back calf and Achilles.
  7. Keep the back heel pressed down throughout.
  8. Hold the stretch for the desired duration then switch sides.
