Cable Kickback II
Description
The cable kickback II is a variation of the standard cable tricep kickback, typically performed from a standing or modified bent over position. The cable provides constant tension through the range, isolating the triceps with strict form. The variation hits the triceps from a slightly different angle than the standard kickback.
