- Sit on a bench with the feet wide apart.
- Hold a filled water bottle in one hand with a reverse grip.
- Brace the back of the working arm against the inner thigh.
- Place the other hand on the opposite knee.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Curl the bottle up toward the shoulder.
- Squeeze the brachialis hard at the top.
- Lower with control. Finish then switch sides.
