  1. Sit on a bench with the feet wide apart.
  2. Hold a filled water bottle in one hand with a reverse grip.
  3. Brace the back of the working arm against the inner thigh.
  4. Place the other hand on the opposite knee.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  6. Curl the bottle up toward the shoulder.
  7. Squeeze the brachialis hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Finish then switch sides.
