- Stand with the feet wide and turn the right foot out.
- Bend the right knee into a side angle pose.
- Reach the right arm under the right thigh and the left arm behind the back.
- Clasp the hands together for the bind.
- Shift weight onto the left foot.
- Slowly stand up keeping the bind.
- Extend the right leg out and up to the side.
- Hold the pose for the desired duration then switch sides.
