  1. Loop a resistance band around the knees.
  2. Lie on one side with the knees bent at ninety degrees.
  3. Stack the hips and shoulders.
  4. Brace your core and keep the knees together.
  5. Lift the top foot up while keeping the knees stacked.
  6. Hold the position against the band tension.
  7. Lower with control to the start.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
