Equipment Required
Assisted Lying Leg Raise with Throw Down Instructions
- Lie flat on your back with the partner standing at your head.
- Reach up and grasp the partner ankles for stability.
- Brace the core and lift both legs straight up to vertical.
- When the legs reach the top the partner pushes them back down.
- Resist the push and lower the legs slowly with control.
- Stop just before the heels touch the floor.
- Lift the legs back up to the top under control.
- Continue the leg raise and throw down for all reps.
