- Lie on one side with the bottom arm extended overhead.
- Place a massage ball under the outer back near the armpit.
- Stack the legs for balance.
- Brace the body on the bottom forearm.
- Keep the upper body relaxed over the ball.
- Roll the lat slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover from armpit to ribs then switch sides.
