Push Up M Instructions

  1. Get into a high plank position with hands wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Angle your hands slightly outward like an M shape.
  3. Set your feet shoulder-width apart for stability.
  4. Brace your core hard and squeeze your glutes.
  5. Lower your chest toward the floor by bending the elbows out to the sides.
  6. Continue down until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  7. Press back up by extending your elbows.
  8. Squeeze your chest at the top.
