Lying Floor Hyperextension with Towel Instructions

  1. Place a folded towel on the floor.
  2. Lie face down with the towel under the hips and pelvis.
  3. Extend the arms out in front or place the hands at the temples.
  4. Brace the core and squeeze the glutes.
  5. Raise the chest and shoulders off the floor by extending the spine.
  6. Hold the top position briefly.
  7. Lower the chest back to the floor with control.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
