Kneeling T Spine Mobility Instructions

  1. Kneel on a soft mat with the hips down on the heels.
  2. Place one hand behind the head with the elbow flared.
  3. Place the other hand on the floor in front.
  4. Brace your core and keep the hips square.
  5. Rotate the upper back to bring the elbow toward the ceiling.
  6. Open the chest and follow the elbow with the eyes.
  7. Reverse the rotation to bring the elbow toward the opposite hand.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
